I deploy an AI chief of staff into your business.

It connects to the tools you already run, works while you sleep, and gets smarter every day.

The truth

You built something real. But somewhere along the way, the admin took over. The tools that were meant to help now demand your attention. The data that should guide your decisions is scattered across platforms. Every hour spent in the weeds is an hour not spent on growth.

Your business is running you.

The problem

Four ways it quietly compounds

01

Fragmented data

Your CRM, project tools, spreadsheets, and inbox don’t talk to each other. Every decision rests on a hunch rather than a single source of truth.

02

Admin eating your afternoons

Email follow-ups, data entry, quoting, reporting. The work that keeps the business running but keeps you from building it.

03

Things falling through cracks

Leads go cold. Quotes sit unapproved. Clients wait for updates. No one has a complete view of what needs attention right now.

04

Competitors pulling ahead

While you’re working in the business, others are adopting AI to reduce costs, close more deals, and move faster. The gap is widening. You can feel it.

What founders try first

None of it quite works

Before SnowArk, most founders try one of these paths. Each solves part of the problem. None solves the whole thing.

01

An offshore virtual assistant

Still a person, still constrained by time. You trade one set of management overhead for another, and the context never quite accumulates the way it should.

02

Zapier and point solutions

Powerful, but they demand you understand every workflow up front. They automate what you already know to automate. They don’t surface what you’re missing.

03

Doing it yourself with ChatGPT

The learning curve is steep and the output is shallow. A chatbot doesn’t have persistent memory, doesn’t connect to your tools, and doesn’t run while you sleep.

04

A freelancer from Upwork or Fiverr

Short-term resource, no business context. They build on flimsy hosting and disappear when things break. The IP walks out the door with them.

Who you'll work with

You’re not behind. You’re wearing too many hats.

Josh Hancock

Most founders know AI is the answer. What they lack is the time, the technical depth, and the executive lens to deploy it at the right problems. They try shortcuts that don’t stick. They wonder if they’re falling behind. They’re not. They just need someone who’s done this from the inside.

Hi, I’m Josh. This was built from the inside.

I’m not an AI vendor. I spent years as CMO across multiple eight-figure brands, and six months ago I finally ran out of hours. So I built an AI operating system that works the way I do: connected to every platform I use, carrying context from one day into the next, working while I sleep. It runs 24/7, with its own memory, its own governance, and its own capability.

That system is production infrastructure, not a pilot. It has analysed 3,447 sales calls to build a customer insights engine, connected to 18 platforms, and replaced paid SaaS subscriptions with integrations it maintains itself. It ran alongside a $6.2M marketing operation, and it’s the playbook every SnowArk placement is built from on day one. I now run SnowArk full time. You deal with me directly, and the overnight work happens because the agents I deploy into your business do it.

How I work

Business strategy first, AI second

Most AI vendors start with the tool and look for a problem. I start with the P&L. I find the bottleneck, then point the AI at it.

01

Map your operations

I map your operations against your business objectives: where revenue comes from, what's leaking margin, where the team is bottlenecked. I identify the single biggest lever for growth, whether that's awareness, conversion, or operations, then point the AI at it. I research your stack before we even meet, so the first conversation is already informed.

02

Configure your agent

Using pre-built infrastructure, I deploy an agent that plugs into your existing tools and starts working at the highest-leverage point. Not a generic chatbot. A configured business partner that understands your context and acts on it.

03

Run and refine

I don't hand over and walk away. I operate your agent month to month, improving its capability and pointing it at the next constraint. You focus on your customers and your team. The agent handles the rest.

The architecture underneath

Every agent I deploy runs on the same operating system. Over 6 months and multiple deployments, I have refined the structure that gives an agent its map, the instructions that tell it how to use your tools, and the learnings that keep it from repeating mistakes its predecessors already made. Your agent is not trained on your stack on day one: that is the onboarding work. What I bring is an architecture honed across multiple deployments, meaning it just works when introduced to a new business. Onboarding-to-value time is dramatically reduced as a result.

The map

A pre-built understanding of business structure: constraints, platforms, workflows. Your agent knows what to look for.

The instructions

Hard-won patterns for your actual stack. How to triage a Shopify order. When to flag a Meta campaign. Institutional knowledge, not integrations.

The learnings

Every agent contributes back. When one discovers a better way, the kit updates. Each new agent deploys smarter than the last.

This is your AI chief of staff's brain on day one. Every point is something it understands: a platform, a workflow, a constraint. The threads are relationships it has mapped. That interconnected context lets it make decisions across your whole business, not answer one question at a time.

What you actually get

Not software. A chief of staff.

A chief of staff does three things: protects your attention, drives execution, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. And because it connects to the tools your team already uses, it makes every team member more effective, not just you. Your agent does all three. It triages the inbox, chases quotes, briefs you before meetings, then builds the dashboards and pages that act on what it learns.

While you’re with clients, it’s already working. A morning report before you wake. A quote chased before it goes cold. A brief on your desk before the meeting. A marketer with campaign data pulled before she asks. An ops lead who never chases an update manually again.

A Tuesday, unsupervised

Morning trading report delivered
Overnight orders reconciled
Overdue quote chased with a polite nudge
Ad spend anomaly flagged for review
Supplier reply drafted, waiting for sign-off
Campaign email designed, segment built, staged for approval
Meeting brief prepared with talking points
Pipeline updated, three leads progressed
Tomorrow's priorities briefed

Everything I build stays with you. Your IP, your infrastructure, your agent. I run it while you need me. You own it forever.

From a founder who was where you are

Working with Josh has completely changed the trajectory of my business.

When I first approached him, I had an idea. Today, I have Atlas, an AI operating system that genuinely feels like a member of the team. Josh didn't just build an AI assistant; he designed the architecture, the thinking, and the systems behind it from the ground up.

What impresses me most is that Atlas isn't a collection of prompts. It's a living system that learns, remembers, makes structured decisions, and helps run my business day to day. Every interaction has purpose, every workflow has been carefully considered, and the level of strategic thinking Josh brings is unlike anything I've experienced.

Josh has an incredible ability to take ideas that are scattered across conversations and turn them into scalable systems. He challenges assumptions, thinks several steps ahead, and builds with long-term growth in mind rather than quick fixes.

As the founder of Not Forgotten, I genuinely see Josh as one of the biggest reasons we've been able to move from an idea to building something with the potential to transform an industry. Atlas has become the brain of our business, and that's a direct reflection of Josh's vision, technical ability, and commitment to excellence.

If you're looking for someone who can help you build AI that actually works for your business, not just answer questions, but become part of how your business operates, I couldn't recommend Josh highly enough.

Where the value lands

An AI chief of staff earns its keep three ways.

Admin relief is the obvious one. It’s also the smallest. A well-placed agent works all three at once.

01 · Time

The load comes off

Morning reports before you wake. The inbox triaged, quotes chased, meeting briefs on your desk. The operational weight of the business stops landing on you and your team stops waiting on you for context. You get your nights back.

02 · Cost

Line items disappear

The agent replaces spend. Software subscriptions swapped for integrations it builds and maintains itself. Reporting tools retired. Work that used to be billed by the hour, done in-house overnight.

03 · Growth

Strategy and execution

The most underused part, and the most valuable. Spotting what moves the needle: which campaigns are actually profitable, which customers are worth chasing, what is leaking margin. Then shipping the dashboards and pages that act on it. Same day, not next sprint.

Meet a few of my placements

I don't install software. I place a chief of staff. Gary runs with the marketing team at AFS Group. Winston keeps SnowArk itself running. Atlas works for Not Forgotten Systems. A few of their colleagues prefer to keep their engagements confidential.

Every placement is its own agent, with its own memory and its own context. What they share is the infrastructure proven at AFS Group across Shopify, HubSpot, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Asana, NetSuite, and more. Built by someone who runs P&Ls, not by someone who sells AI.

Are we a fit?

I'd rather say no early than waste your time.

We’ll get on well if

  • You’ve got more opportunities than hours, whether that’s an established business wanting more leverage from your existing team or an earlier-stage one you want to build AI-first from day one
  • You already live in tools like Shopify, Xero, HubSpot or Asana, or you’re ready to adopt them
  • You want to stay in the loop: reviewing, approving, redirecting
  • You’re building leverage, not just delegating tasks
  • You’re comfortable letting a system earn trust gradually

Probably not for you if

  • You want a set-and-forget magic button
  • You need enterprise procurement, security questionnaires and a vendor team. I'm deliberately small
  • You’re shopping for the cheapest possible chatbot

Investment

How we work together.

Pricing is based on a needs analysis. Every business is at a different stage, with different constraints. I don't publish set rates, but here's how the engagement works.

Fractional AI chief of staff

Every engagement begins with an audit: I map your operations, identify the single biggest constraint on your growth, and deliver a written deployment brief. From there, I deploy and operate an agent inside your business month to month, widening its capability as its context builds.

  • Full stack and workflow audit to kick things off
  • Agent deployed on dedicated infrastructure, connected to your tools
  • Morning briefings, triage, chase-ups, dashboards
  • Monthly strategy session to point at the next constraint
  • All IP, documentation, and infrastructure: yours to keep
Book a chat

Month to month. No lock-in contracts. If it's not making your business better, you shouldn't have to stick around out of obligation. Everything I build stays with you either way.

Fair questions

The things people actually ask.

Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?

No. A chatbot waits for you to type. Your agent has persistent memory, connects to your actual tools, and works to a schedule whether you’re at your desk or not. The difference shows up at 6am, when the morning report is already written.

Is SnowArk really one person?

One operator, plus his agents, and that’s the point. You get the person who built the infrastructure, on every engagement. The heavy lifting runs overnight because the agents deployed into your business do it. And everything built for you is documented and owned by you, so nothing depends on me being awake.

What happens to my data?

It stays in your systems. The agent connects to your platforms under credentials you control and can revoke at any time. Nothing is pooled, resold, or used to train anything.

What if the agent makes a mistake?

It will, occasionally, which is why nothing external leaves without sign-off. Agents draft, humans approve. Trust is widened gradually, task by task, exactly as you’d do with a new hire.

How long before it’s actually useful?

Deployed in days, useful in the first week, and compounding from there. The agent gets more valuable as its context builds. Month three beats month one comfortably.

What if we stop working together?

You keep everything. Your agent, your infrastructure, your integrations, your documentation. I run it while you need me. You own it forever.

Do I need technical staff?

No. If your team can use the tools they already use, they can work with the agent. I handle the plumbing.

Can I talk to the agent myself?

Yes, and you should. It's not a black box I operate behind a curtain. It's a colleague you message, question, and redirect. Most clients are surprised how quickly that becomes normal.

A note from Josh

Read this if nothing else

You’ve scrolled a fair way to get here, so let me save you the guesswork about who you’d actually be dealing with.

I’m Josh. Until recently I was CMO across a portfolio of eight-figure brands, with a $6.2M budget and never enough hours. Six months ago I built an AI agent to engineer those hours back.

It worked, and not just on the admin. The agent turned 3,447 sales calls into a customer insights engine that shaped strategy. It replaced paid software with integrations it built and still maintains. It shipped landing pages the same day they were requested, briefed me before meetings, and chased quotes while I was in them. Time back, costs down, growth moving. My nights came back as a side effect.

In fact, it worked well enough that I left the day job. SnowArk is now what I do full time: placing that same infrastructure into other businesses. Not a team of account managers. Not a chatbot subscription. Me, working out where the leverage is in your business, and an agent configured to go after it, deployed in days and run month to month.

I keep the client list deliberately short. Fewer placements, more attention.

If your business is running you, I’d like to hear about it. The form below takes a minute, and a real reply lands within 24 hours. Winston will have read it in seconds. He’s the one who deployed this page.

Next step

No pitch deck. Just a conversation about your business.

Tell me where the friction is. I'll tell you whether this makes sense. No commitment, no hard sell. Worst case, you leave with a clearer picture of where your hours go.

Thanks. A real reply within 24 hours. An agent will have read it within seconds.

Something went wrong, which is mildly embarrassing for an AI company. Email josh@snowark.com.au and a human will sort it.
